Position Description

The half-time Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing and executing the financial operations of HCC. This includes working with the Executive Director, the Board of Directors and staff to develop and manage the organization’s annual budget, financial and grant reporting, and forecasting to support the organization’s mission. This role maintains fiscal controls to ensure the organization’s financial health and sustainability. This position works closely with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and other members of the staff to support the mission of HCC. This is part time, remote work with a flexible schedule. 65-80 hours a month, hourly rate $40-45, retirement match up to 3%, pro-rated PTO and 10 paid holidays.
